Welcome to the Horse Jumping Specialty course offered by British Horse.
This specialized program is tailored for individuals who are passionate about horse jumping and aspire to excel in this exhilarating equestrian discipline.
Whether you're a novice rider looking to learn the fundamentals of jumping or an experienced jumper aiming to refine your skills, this course provides comprehensive training and guidance to help you achieve your goals in the world of horse jumping.

Objectives

* To introduce participants to the fundamentals of horse jumping, including techniques, equipment, and safety considerations.
* To develop participants' riding skills and confidence in approaching and clearing jumps of various heights and configurations.
* To enhance participants' understanding of horse training and conditioning methods specific to jumping disciplines.
* To teach participants how to assess and select suitable horses for jumping activities based on conformation, temperament, and athletic ability.
* To prepare participants for competitive jumping events, including show jumping, eventing, and hunter/jumper competitions.
